PHYSICAL THERAPY & HORMONE HEALTH

Specialized

At Appalachia Pelvic Health & Wellness, we serve the women and children of Western NC and North GA, providing a range of specialized services to address pelvic health, menstrual cycle health, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder, and more. Our treatments are tailored to help you reach your goals, whether that's having a consistent menstrual cycle, enjoying pain-free sex, sitting without tailbone pain, or running a marathon without leaking.

What makes us different

1

We have specialized in pelvic health and hypermobility for several years. We are NOT just a general physical therapy clinic that treats pelvic patients or connective tissue disorder patients once in a blue moon.

2

One to one sessions with Dr. Kinsey, every time. No techs or aides. No other patients in the clinic. Evaluations are 90 minutes and follow-ups are 60 minutes.

3

We take a functional, full body approach. No lying on your back doing Kegels while hooked up to a biofeedback machine is happening here. Are you feeling vaginal bulging and heaviness picking up your kid? Leaking while running? Then let's work in those movement patterns!

MeET Dr. kinsey worley

PT, DPT, IMH-C

Dr. Kinsey has been treating underserved women and children in the pelvic health niche since graduating with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Because many of her patients often have hormonal imbalances exacerbating their condition, Dr. Kinsey completed the Women's Health Hormone Certification to support women more comprehensively. Dr. Kinsey is also passionate about treating individuals living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder, a vastly under-recognized and under-researched genetic disorder.
